Role Description\nThis is a full-time on-site role for an Escrow Assistant for a Texas Title Insurance Agency. The Escrow Assistant will be responsible for opening files, funding files, curing title, and preparing the file for closing. The Escrow Assistant will also collaborate with escrow officers to facilitate smooth and secure real estate transactions.

Qualifications

Experience using Qualia

Experience in curing title commitments

Proficiency in conducting Escrow and Title Searches

Thorough understanding of Chain of Title

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients

Experience in the real estate or title industry is a plus

Relevant professional certifications or a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
