European Marketing Director So, what’s the role all about? The European Marketing Director is responsible for driving regional marketing strategy and execution across Europe with a growth focus on

DACH, BENELUX, and the Nordics , with a strong emphasis on field marketing, sales engagement, and pipeline generation.

This role bridges corporate marketing strategy and regional execution, ensuring alignment with Group/Corporate teams while delivering measurable revenue impact in priority European markets. The ideal candidate is a commercially driven marketing leader with deep experience in B2B field marketing, close collaboration with sales organizations, and a proven track record of accelerating pipeline and revenue growth.

How will you make an impact?

Develop and execute a regional marketing strategy aligned with global objectives.

Localize corporate campaigns and messaging for European markets.

Ensure marketing plans directly support revenue targets and market expansion goals.

Manage regional marketing budget allocation for maximum ROI.

Field Marketing & Sales Engagement

Design and lead high-impact field marketing programs including:

Industry conferences

Account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives

Customer roundtables and roadshows

Large scale industry event (Nexus) program management

Partner closely with regional Sales leadership to:

Align marketing priorities with sales targets

Enable sales teams with localized tools and campaigns

Increase marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline

Act as a trusted advisor to Sales on Agentic product demand generation strategy and initiatives

Own regional agentic pipeline contribution targets.

Develop demand generation programs to accelerate qualified opportunities.

Track campaign performance through the Global Demand Generation team and advise on pipeline velocity needs, conversion rates, and revenue impact.

Implement data-driven reporting and KPIs aligned with corporate standards.

Collaboration with Group/Corporate Teams

Serve as the primary liaison between European markets and Group/Corporate marketing.

Provide market feedback to inform global messaging, product positioning, and campaign strategy.

Ensure consistent brand execution across markets.

Collaborate on global launches, digital programs, and strategic initiatives.

Primary Market Focus: DACH, Benelux & Nordics

Build tailored marketing approaches reflecting local market dynamics.

Ensure strong regional presence and brand visibility.

Support expansion and growth initiatives in priority accounts and industries.

Secondary Market Focus: Southern Europe

Support sales initiatives to provide target account impact.

France, Spain, Italy collaboration with sales teams.

Have you got what it takes? Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including senior leadership roles.

Strong experience in field marketing and demand generation across European markets.

Demonstrated success driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

Deep collaboration experience with Sales leadership and revenue teams.

Experience working in matrixed, global organizations.

Strong analytical and performance management capabilities.

Fluent in English; additional European languages (especially German) are a plus.

Commercially driven and results-oriented.

Agentic AI mindset driving use and adoption through the marketing teams.

Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.

Collaborative, influential leader across functions and geographies.

High ownership mindset with accountability for revenue outcomes.

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.
