$100,000 – $130,000 base + Profit Sharing

Commercial Roofing Service Manager
to lead and strengthen their service division.
This role is responsible for overseeing service operations, supporting field technicians, maintaining strong client relationships, and helping grow the service side of the business.
The right candidate will bring strong commercial roofing knowledge, leadership ability, and a focus on operational organization and customer service.
Key Responsibilities Service Operations
Oversee daily service operations including dispatching, scheduling, and technician coordination
Ensure service and repair work is completed safely and efficiently
Maintain documentation, job photos, and service reports through service management systems
Monitor service revenue, job costing, and gross profit performance
Track technician productivity and service backlog
Help maintain efficient service scheduling and labor utilization
Customer Relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, and general contractors
Support recurring maintenance programs and service agreements
Identify opportunities where service work may lead to reroof or capital projects
Lead, mentor, and support service technicians and foremen
Assist with recruiting and training technicians
Promote a culture focused on safety, accountability, and quality workmanship
Ideal Candidate Experience
8+ years of commercial roofing experience
3+ years managing a commercial roofing service department or service crews
Experience overseeing
teams of 25+ technicians and field personnel
Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, leak repairs, and maintenance programs
Experience using platforms such as
Dataforma, Acculynx, or similar service management software
Skills
Operational leadership in commercial roofing service
Strong customer relationship management
Financial awareness and job costing understanding
Team leadership and technician development
Problem solving and decision making
