The Sales Analytics, Operations and Optimization Manager will direct and oversee an organization responsible for hedging, analytics, customer focused operations and optimization for the Fuels Marketing Business Unit.

Your Role, Your Impact
Manage and direct three functional teams within their organization (Client Success Team, Market Intelligence Desk and Technology SME) that support multiple Fuels Marketing business lines.
Work closely with Head of Sales, Risk Management, Terminals, OSU, and Trading and Supply.
Drive improvement and standardization of assigned operational processes.
Provide best practices and guidance to your teams on hedging, analytics, reporting and customer success.
Provide strategic direction on unbranded/branded business expansion
Make data driven recommendations aligned with strategy
Responsible for the implementation and oversight of CRM administration
Ensure linkages and cadence with other functions
Responsible for the sales data distribution and oversite
Support, guide, direct all daily business activities
Managing a team to provide support and oversee all hedging, analytics, operations, and optimization
Collect and distribute monthly nominations to all suppliers
Track customer performance v allocations and contracted volume
Hedge all supply requirements daily
Improve and standardize operational processes
Work closely with Sales, Risk Management, Terminals, OSU, and Trading and Supply
Ability to comfortably integrate into a team environment and interact with all team members on a regular basis
Ability to process information, and utilize that information in a manner that adds value to the business
Takes initiative and proactively looks for ways to increase efficiency, add value and promote growth
TABS allocation, monitoring, and updating
Oversee RVP strategies
Daily interface with Sales account Managers, Operations, and Customers
Manage all appropriate approvals for term business offers
Qualifications

Fluent in Microsoft Office with heavy emphasis on Excel proficiency
Strong proficiency in BI and analytics technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake), predictive analytics, statistical modeling, Python, SQL, and financial modeling techniques.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Must be a team player
Deep understanding of cash flow models
Determination to complete tasks and flexibility with scheduling when required
Takes initiative and proactively looks for ways to increase efficiency, add value and promote growth
Ability to prioritize work and manage a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range$182,300.00 - $291,500.00
The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
