What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct contract negotiation discussions on behalf of clients with payers
Assist in reviewing, interpreting, and maintaining payer contracts and fee schedules
Support negotiation preparation by compiling rate comparisons and reimbursement trends
Collaborate with finance and accounts receivable teams to ensure accurate billing
Participate in payer meetings to support strategic initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2-4 years of medical billing and claims resolution experience
Strong understanding of payer contracts and healthcare compliance
Proficiency with Excel, payer portals, and contract management databases
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
AAHAM and/or HFMA certification
Experience with offshore engagement and collaboration
Familiarity with commercial and government payers in the US healthcare system
