Publicis Health is actively building its network of freelance Brand Strategists and Account Planners
to support a range of healthcare and pharmaceutical clients across our agency network. These opportunities span pre-launch and launch planning, concept development, brand positioning, and omnichannel campaign strategy.

Responsibilities Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for freelance strategists with a strong foundation in pharma marketing
and an ability to connect data, insight, and creative storytelling.
You may have held titles like:
Account Planner
Brand Strategist
Director, Account Planning
Qualifications Key Skills & Experience
Deep knowledge of HCP, DTC, and/or payer audiences
Experience developing positioning, core creative ideas, and brand platforms
Ability to synthesize market research, competitive intelligence, and clinical data
Experience writing creative briefs and partnering with creative teams
Familiarity with agency workflow, cross-functional teams, and pharma compliance
Strong communicators who can present to internal and external stakeholders

Compensation Range: $50.56 - $92.34 hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
