
New Home Sales Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team at Hereford Estates.
This role is ideal for someone with sales experience who enjoys helping people through important life decisions, building trust with customers and guiding buyers through the process of purchasing a home. Our focus is on customer service, education and building long-term relationships.
What You’ll Do
Guide prospective buyers through available homes and community amenities
Build relationships with potential homeowners from first inquiry through closing
Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up throughout the buying process
Manage leads and client communication using our CRM system
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Host tours and assist with open houses and community events
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record of sales success
Self-starter who takes initiative and manages their pipeline proactively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-first mindset focused on service and trust
Organized and comfortable using CRM systems and web-based tools
Reliable transportation
Experience in real estate, home sales or consultative sales is a plus, but we will train the right candidate with strong people skills and work ethic
Compensation
Base + commission structure
Typical annual earnings: $50,000 – $90,000+

Schedule Primarily weekdays with rotating Saturdays
