Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with members via Zoom

Help individuals and families understand available coverage options

Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process

Provide ongoing account support, including updates and client assistance

Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

Ensure compliance with company guidelines and state regulations

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a service-focused mindset

Comfortable using digital tools and managing responsibilities in a remote environment

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Problem-solving skills and a resourceful approach to client needs

Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required

Training and mentorship are provided to support your success.

Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Must be physically located within the United States

Reliable high-speed internet connection
