What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Architect and validate end-to-end, multi-product solutions tailored to customer ecosystems

Lead technical discovery and validation strategies to mitigate architectural risks

Scope and validate architectures with a focus on identity verification, fraud reduction, and compliance

Create and deliver executive-ready presentations detailing implementation paths and platform vision

Document customer patterns and technical shifts to provide actionable product feedback

What is Required (Qualifications):

Experience as a regional technical authority, including standard-setting and coaching

Proven ability to build repeatable architectures that scale across teams

Deep partnership experience with Product/PMM for positioning and roadmap feedback

Familiarity with trust capabilities such as encryption, audit logging, and data residency

Experience in multiple product areas within a platform/API company

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in an overlay or specialist presales role

Collaboration experience with product teams on strategy and roadmap development
