Position Overview East Hills Auto Group is seeking a passionate and professional Sales Consultants to join our team. We are looking for 2–3 experienced individuals who are ready to make a meaningful impact. With a large inventory of new and used vehicles and strong growth opportunities, this could be the perfect next step in your automotive career.
We provide paid training on our products, technology, and sales techniques, giving you the tools and support needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and helping them find the right vehicle
Guide customers through vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Present pricing and quotations and assist customers through the purchase or lease process
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business
Maintain professional communication and accurate customer records
Qualifications
Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong drive to succeed
Professional appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Weekend availability
Valid U.S. driver’s license
Bilingual skills are a plus
Automotive sales experience preferred
