Adaptive Home Health is looking for a Marketing Liaison to join our fast-growing team.
We are an entirely
nurse-driven
organization. Our clinical staff are quality, experienced, well‑paid nurses that are compassionate and reliable.
We’re looking for an independent and self‑driven individual to help manage, maintain, and grow our relationships with referral sources (i.e., hospital case managers, medical assistants, doctors, etc.) to ensure that our strong reputation continues to spread.
Compensation
$65‑90K salary range (commission model to be discussed during initial interview)
Experience / Education
High school Diploma/GED
Minimum 2 years of healthcare marketing experience (Home Health preferred).
Training provided.
Major Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the agency and the community regarding patient care.
Give high priority to compassionate patient care and patient satisfaction.
Ensure smooth transition from hospital to home setting.
Visit patients prior to discharge to set reasonable expectations.
Establish a trusting relationship with patients and their care team.
Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with referral sources.
Keep detailed records of marketing activities and strategic initiatives.
Identify and resolve service issues with emphasis on patient and referral‑source satisfaction.
Work in a mixed remote/in‑person environment.
Qualifications
Understands and adheres to all external accreditation review standards, applicable state, local and Federal laws and regulations, including maintaining patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance.
Understands and adheres to all company policies and procedures.
Takes initiative to present ideas and suggestions to management regarding process improvement.
Ability to work independently is a MUST.
