Job Description What you’ll do:
You will serve as the key lead on a growing luxury fashion business with lofty ambitions for social. As Vice President/Director you’ll oversee a group of social strategists, data analysts and work alongside social commerce and paid social leads. You will be responsible for delivering best in class strategic work, serving as a trusted advisor to the clients, and growing the social business with this client for the agency.
Responsibilities Day-to-day, your role includes:
Leading development of key strategic social deliverables ranging from campaign strategies to organic social content briefs and weekly trends reports
Providing feedback on opportunities for improvement to process, strategy, etc. that exist within the client’s social team, from content calendars and storytelling frameworks to channel and content mix
Overseeing a team of cross‑functional social experts and ensure all work is best‑in‑class and aligned with client expectations
Driving thought leadership around social channel mix, content development, engagement best practices, measurement and process
Serving as a trusted advisor to the client and developing that relationship to strengthen the work
Meeting with critical client stakeholders to understand challenges + opportunities for Social
Create global guidelines for social, creator, measurement, etc. to scale best‑in‑class work across each regional team
Integrate with full funnel plans to ensure cohesion on asset recommendations, test and learns, opportunities for conversion and brand stewardship
Proactive thought leadership on emerging ways to connect social activity to brand equity and commerce, and how to modernize an approach to social amidst the rise of AI and new technology
Qualifications We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:
8 to 12 years of social marketing and strategy experience, with an emphasis on integrated expertise and leadership
Experience in fashion, luxury or retail
Deep agency experience including working on a portfolio of brands within an AOR
A strong understanding of content development, creator and influencer marketing, social commerce and social analytics
Superb experience leading creative thinking in the social space across channels and platforms
The ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external partners
A nose for new technology—plus a strong connection with entertainment and pop culture
An ear for consumer insights—you get what makes people tick
The ability to back up great creative ideas with sound analytical reasoning
A strong, up‑to‑date point of view on social channels and content platforms and up and coming partners, practices and initiatives
Poise and eloquence—when you speak with clients, they listen
Willingness to travel—you’re open to new places, new faces and new ideas

Compensation Range: $129,485 - $207,324 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
