What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Analyze requirements, identify gaps, and propose enhancements to solutions

Lead cross-functional process discussions and document current and target processes

Collaborate with external IT partners and internal development teams across multiple countries

Evaluate and simplify complex information to deliver scalable solutions

Promote reference models to minimize evolution and enhance efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT field

Functional knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud

Proven experience managing stakeholders within mixed international teams

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Fluency in English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Knowledge of Services Business and/or Digital Customer Relationship and/or UNIFY transformations
