
Wealth Sales Associate (Internal Wholesaler)

What You’ll Do
This role focuses on the RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) experience by supporting sales and developing mutually profitable advisor relationships. Handle inbound calls from advisors and answer product related questions, performance data, sales literature, portfolio analytics, etc. while documenting interactions and key advisor data.
Here are a few examples of the kinds of things you’ll do:
Proactive outreach to engage advisors (phone, email, meetings)
Solve for needs across products: mutual funds, separately managed accounts, ETFs, 529s, internal funds, etc.
Learn to identify new sales opportunities and provide follow up

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent experience
1+ years of industry‑related experience is necessary
FINRA licensing required within 45 days of employment including SIE, Series 7, Series 63 licenses
Requires ability to work independently
Persuasive written and verbal communication (including telephone) skills
Excellent presentation skills
Travel as needed to support territory or conference needs (every other month at a minimum)
Preferred Skills
Understanding of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), Separately Managed Accounts, and Mutual Funds
Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly):
$48,450 - $65,500 / year
Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
Pension Eligible No
Location This role is located in Des Moines, IA or Charlotte, NC. It is an office hybrid role that has three designated days in the office and two remote days weekly.
