Job Description We’re seeking a Strategic Marketing Project Manager to contribute to our team operations and lead project management of top-tier marketing campaigns and internal initiatives for the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio. The role is highly cross-functional and requires bringing many internal and external teams together to launch important strategic projects and major marketing activations.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

Drive the day-to-day operations of our marketing campaigns

Partner with marketing teams to establish objectives and develop strategies

Define the scope for each campaign initiative, and create the relevant project plan including timelines/milestones and key deliverables

Manage projects on a day-to-day basis, monitor progress and partner with internal colleagues and external agencies to ensure timely completion of deliverables

Facilitate and schedule team events and cross functional team meetings

Problem-solve issues as they arise; promote opportunities to balance speed with quality

Identify bottlenecks/blockers, provide escalation management, and anticipate tradeoffs

Champion cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic campaign decision making

Embrace negotiation tactics to find business critical solutions in a timely manner

Effectively turn strategic ideas into clear, executable tasks

Champion our enterprise-wide process for Commercial Strategy Integration

Lead project management to drive brand strategy, inspire cross-functional collaboration and drive decision-making based on customer and market insights

Manage the development of the brand’s strategic and tactical plans by organizing workshops, gathering stakeholder input and aligning with cross-functional decision makers

Facilitate executive-level meetings by tracking follow-ups and ensuring leadership accountability on decisions

Oversee end-to-end project management for new product & indication launches throughout the portfolio, ensuring on-time delivery of marketing materials utilizing effective launch readiness planning & flawless execution

Qualifications REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s Degree in related field and minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, consulting, marketing, operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience

PMP or similar certification is a plus

Robust knowledge and practical experience in marketing management and omnichannel campaigns

Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver results for complex and cross-functional projects

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design, structure, and lead projects

Effective interpersonal relationship building and influencing skills

Ability to effectively communicate and partner with key stakeholders

The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Knowledge of waterfall approach to project management methodologies and tools preferred

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
