About the role We are seeking a diligent Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team at A.G. Datacom Phils. Inc. in San Juan City, Metro Manila. As
Marketing Assistant , you will be responsible for:
Creating, revising, proofreading and updating communications copy, including captions and contents of all marketing collateral, including but not limited to banners, flyers, brochures, social media posts, press releases and website.
Posting, monitoring, and updating all marketing collateral on all social media platforms.
Suggesting plans and actions to further improve the marketing of company products and services through digital marketing.
Helping implement communications strategies.
Assisting Sales and HR Managers in executing plans, events and gatherings (internal or external)
Event management
Sourcing for suppliers, partners, and principals for events
Organize the flow of the event and can be an emcee for the event if needed
Other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Advertising, Communication, Public Relations, or Business courses, although open to any course.
Should be knowledgeable in event management.
Has the ability to write and create contents for all communications projects and strategies.
Preferably with background or knowledge in Multimedia tools (photo or video editing tools) for marketing purposes.
Preferably with prior experience in content writing, marketing, and communications.
