As the first dedicated PR and Communications Manager, you will lead Injective’s media strategy, bridging the gap between crypto-native innovation and mainstream financial media. You will shape narratives around tokenization and DeFi, securing high-impact coverage across global publications to grow brand authority for one of the industry's fastest-growing institutional blockchain ecosystems. Create and execute end-to-end media strategies and press materials to amplify Injective’s narrative across crypto, tech, and finance sectors. Build and maintain direct relationships with key journalists, influencers, and podcasters to proactively secure consistent, high-quality press placements. Partner cross-functionally with SEO, content, and leadership teams to prepare briefing materials and maximize the digital impact of earned media. The ideal candidate

4–10 years of PR experience, ideally from an agency background, with a proven track record of personally securing top-tier media placements. At least 1 year of direct experience in the crypto or Web3 space with an established network of industry-specific journalist contacts. Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex DeFi and blockchain infrastructure topics into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
