What You Will Be Doing Join Our Team! As an Account Executive, National Accounts, you'll play a vital role in strengthening Titleist's presence across our largest retail partners by serving as the primary point of contact for all club‑related service, sales, and operational needs. You will build and nurture strategic relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive incremental sales through data‑driven insights, weekly performance analysis, and close collaboration with partner buying teams. In this role, you'll manage sales forecasting, inventory tracking, and program performance while coordinating merchandising and training initiatives at TPI and Manchester Lane that elevate product knowledge across National Account and Off‑Course Influencer teams. You will ensure best‑in‑class service by overseeing order management, resolving partner needs promptly, and guiding our internal support teams to deliver an exceptional experience. This is a high‑impact opportunity to influence revenue growth, deepen partnerships, and represent the industry's leading golf brand with excellence.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 3 years of account management or inside sales experience
Golf industry experience preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to support Off Course channel needs after hours/weekends
Strong communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated leadership and exceptional organizational abilities
Expertise in golf club products
Strong relationship‑building skills, critical for driving incremental sales with major accounts
Willingness to travel 10-25 nights per year for service and training
Ability to carry product sample bags and equipment (up to 30 lbs) multiple times daily
Ability to stand for extended periods

Pay Range: $65,520.00-$82,940.00
