Position Summary The Director of Label & Shared Services oversees the Label & Shared Services department and its staff. Label & Shared Services team acts as Secretly Distribution's liaison to lead release campaigns and develop bespoke services for direct artists, management teams and non-traditional labels.
Responsibilities
Act as Secretly Distribution’s senior liaison for a roster of direct artists, management teams and non-traditional labels
Oversee and provide guidance to Campaign Managers who serve as the day-to-day point of contact and advocate for clients
Oversee and provide guidance to the Production Manager who handles all physical production and logistics for Label & Shared Services clients
Work with the Director of Artist & Label Strategy to identify new non-traditional international clients
Analyze sales histories and run projections for prospective new clients
Work with the Client Relations team to onboard new clients
Provide guidance on global project campaigns
Provide strategic guidance on timing and partners for global radio and PR campaigns, digital advertising, and outdoor marketing
Manage and execute global project budgets and sales goals for campaigns
Continually develop and price comprehensive services offered to Secretly Distribution labels and Services clients
Manage departmental budget and provide reporting on departmental health and revenue
Work with other Secretly Distribution department heads on bigger picture initiatives and improvements to workflows
Requirements
Minimum 5 years in the music industry with experience leading a cross-functional project team
Deep knowledge of campaign strategy across global digital and physical sales landscape, utilizing sales, marketing and trending analytics to lay the groundwork for each campaign
Must possess strong problem solving and analytical skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills, demonstrating independent thought and action while operating in sync with a team
Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects
Experience with image editing software (Adobe) and ad platforms a plus
Salary Range $110k - $130k annually
