Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English & Spanish)

Service Partners is looking for a sales coordinator to support their sales reps and to provide customer order support and product/business information for all customers. This position acts as a business representative for the distribution channel. - Provide quality customer service and order support for Service Partners' customer base. - Help with purchase orders, providing updates on invoicing and ensuring data entry is accurate - Process and review dealer orders and requests and system generated acknowledgements and orders - Communication professionally with Service Partners customers and internal customers regarding product and business issues. - Support the order fulfillment process by working extensively with outside sales representatives, product personnel, Customer service, credit and delivery. - Maintaining pricing and running sales reports. - Reflective Service Partners' business values in all business interactions. - Process orders using JDEdwards - May support with other administrative duties and projects as assigned. - There is autonomy in this role. Ideally looking for someone who thrives with autonomy and gets excited about problem solving and making something their own. Skills: CRM, MS Office Suite, bilingual, Sales, Customer service, Data entry, Sales support, Order entry, Microsoft office, Account management, Order processing, Administrative support, Clerical, Email, Microsoft Outlook, Inside sale, SAP Top Skills Details: CRM, MS Office Suite, bilingual Additional Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years experience in customer service utilizing an enterprise system, preferably in a manufacturing environment - administrative support or sales support experience from a logistics, or blue collar environment would be ideal. - Must have excel skills and the ability to pick up new systems - ability to deal with ambiguity and support returning customers in person and via phone/email at times. Additional skills needed: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required, some college preferred Work independently, at times under pressure Strong time management skills with ability to multitask Sense of urgency; meeting of deadlines Excellent customer service skills Computer literacy and ability to learn new computer software programs Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience Level: Expert Level Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tigard, OR. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
