The Auto-Owners Associates Credit Union (AOACU) serves the financial needs of associates and retirees of Auto-Owners Insurance Company.

The AOACU Credit Union Support team is looking for a motivated, part-time Member Service Representative (MSR) to join their team. The MSR is responsible for providing friendly and professional service to our members, as well as:

Building trusting relationships with members and providing them with high quality and accurate member service\nEfficiently processing daily work in a multi-tasking environment\nOpening new accounts, servicing existing accounts and responding to member requests\nProcessing, preparing and closing installment loans\nProviding in-person or by-telephone general and specific service-related information concerning credit union services\nAssisting with other duties within the department as needed\nDesired Skills & Experience

High school diploma and /or 1 or more years of equivalent Bank/Credit Union work experience and knowledge of Bank/Credit Union products, services and processes\nAbility to work quickly and independently with attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines\nExhibit strong levels of organization and communication skills\nAbility to communicate effectively in oral and written forms\nAbility to use good problem resolution skills\nRegular and predictable attendance
