Recruit Secure is collaborating with an Assisted Living Facility in the Margate, Florida area and is seeking an experienced, professional Director of Sales & Admissions candidate to join their team. The DOS will manage the sales and admissions process for incoming and prospective residents and census levels. This position reports directly to the Executive Director. Responsibilities
Manage the sales and admissions process efficiently to ensure a positive experience for residents, families, and supporting staff. Meet short-term and long-term census goals. Respond to all inquiries regarding potential residents of the facility in a sensitive, courteous, and competent manner. Work toward the successful achievement of the mission of the facility. Participate in the ongoing process of quality improvement to enhance service, standards, and processes. Be responsible for all required daily, weekly, monthly census and activity reports. Requirements
BS degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare or ALF marketing settings. Experience verifying financial assets, insurance coverage (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance eligibility), and confidential medical information. Excellent communication skills. Personable and outgoing.
