
Social & Influencer Marketing Manager

We’re hiring a Social & Influencer Marketing Manager to fully own and lead our social presence across all platforms. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is highly creative, can think strategically, execute quickly, and thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment. You will work directly with our Founder on brand vision, launches, content direction, and growth initiatives.
Company Big Ass Luxuries was founded by craft‑makers and entrepreneurs Trent and Chloe when they noticed a gap in the market for large, natural, aromatic candles at an affordable luxury price point. We specialize in producing large, long‑lasting, and aromatic candles using fragrance oils mixed with all‑natural, eco‑friendly coconut and soy wax. Our brand is built around the philosophy that bigger is better from our bold designs to our commitment to excellence in every product we create, we aim to make Big Ass Luxuries a globally recognized household name.
Social & Influencer Marketing Manager Responsibilities
Own posting and performance across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and emerging platforms.
Build and manage monthly content calendars planned in advance
Align content with launches, drops, partnerships, and seasonal moments
Track analytics and optimize for growth and conversion
Content Creation
Concept, shoot, and edit photo content and short and long form videos. Willing to come up with content ideas on the spot.
Able to produce and quickly turn around engaging & high‑quality content.
Help plan photoshoots and create detailed shot lists for photographer as well as capture iPhone footage
Work closely with photographers and creative partners
Organize and maintain all content assets, ensuring folders are structured, up to date, and easily accessible
Maintain a cohesive, elevated brand aesthetic
Be comfortable on camera, filming videos, and pulling founders and team into content
Willing to travel for designated photoshoots
Influencer Marketing
Manage influencer partnerships end to end
Oversee ShopMy & LTK gifting strategy and send‑outs
Build and nurture long‑term creator relationships
Startup Mindset & Working Style
Extremely organized with exceptional attention to detail
Proactive with strong follow‑through and nothing slipping through the cracks
Comfortable working across multiple projects and responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment
Calm, solution‑oriented, and steady under pressure
Open to direct feedback and able to iterate quickly
No task is too small and willing to jump in wherever needed including events outside of work hours.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or brand marketing
Experience growing and managing brand social accounts
Strong video editing and content creation skills
Strong aesthetic sensibility within lifestyle or luxury‑adjacent brands
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly for graphic design and video editing, is a major plus
DFW based
Big Ass Luxuries operates primarily out of our Dallas office. This role requires regular in‑office collaboration five days a week and content shoot days. Salary: $55-75K
