Position Title Digital Video Producer Senior

Location This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Digital Video Producer Senior will be responsible for working with the video team, UX Designers, Writers, Designers, and the technology teams to create and implement best in class digital video and motion design solutions across all go to market brands and lines of business. Support the Creative Team on various digital related designs, storyboards, scripting, motion, conceptual, versioning and pre‑post video production.

Understand the business and end‑user's needs and translate those needs into effective storytelling.

Design content-driven experiences that deliver best‑in‑class solutions aligned to customer needs.

Lead various activities throughout a project lifecycle including concept development, versioning, and managing multiple roles throughout the process.

Respond to requests and ideas from key stakeholders from multiple areas, while working with department leads to incorporate their ideas / vision into illustrated layout and design.

Lead or support on‑location production including lighting, camera operation, audio and direction.

Ability to communicate with internal clients and other teams through storytelling and other concept methods, effectively manage media and storage for collaborative team use, lead or contribute to scripting and story concepts, effectively plan and execute logistics including travel, permits, equipment rental, production scheduling, communicate and collaborate with clients, including on‑location production etiquette, builds and maintains strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and key stakeholders.

Participate as a contributor and at times a leader with an interdisciplinary team that includes other designers, design researchers, business analysts, technical and functional architects, and software developers.

Minimum Requirements Requires a BA/BS in related discipline and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a consumer facing design and video production capacity; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences

4-5 years of experience working with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, and Adobe Creative Suite strongly preferred.

Video, animation, and social media background required.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $90,904 to $142,554.
