We are seeking motivated and customer-focused
Automotive Sales Consultants
to join our growing team. As a Sales Consultant, you will assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs while delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Understand and assess customer needs to recommend suitable vehicles.
Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle demonstration, test drives, and feature explanations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory, features, and technology.
Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets.
Follow up with potential and existing customers via phone, email, or text.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
Previous sales experience preferred (automotive industry experience a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM systems.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
