to join our new car sales team. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong passion for helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs.
This is an on-site position in New Roads, LA.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
Guide customers through the vehicle selection process, identifying their needs and preferences
Present and explain vehicle features, options, and performance benefits
Offer test drives and follow dealership procedures to ensure safety and compliance
Achieve or exceed sales goals set by management
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory and manufacturer offerings
Accurately complete required paperwork and follow sales processes from start to finish
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business
Review performance regularly to identify opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
Ability to work physically on-site at

Prior automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and a positive team player
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
