What We Offer
Compensation: $120,000-$130,000 per year
on average in commission based on performance
ALL leads are provided to you , no cold calling or door knocking!
2 – 3 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments a day!
Motivated and high performing culture
No “Slow Season” – due to our extensive customer base, you will never have to worry about not being able to provide for your family year-round!

About the Role In this position, you will:
Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service.
Absolutely NO cold-calling or lead generation required. All leads are warm & pre-confirmed.
We want you to be able to focus on doing what you do best – selling!
Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas
Promote company products and services
Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
Key Qualifications
Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience is a plus!
Must be self‑motivated and results oriented
Positivity, flexibility, determination and a persuasive personality
Exceptional customer service
Ability to meet and exceed goals
Works successfully without requiring close supervision
Road warrior; own a reliable vehicle, have a valid driver’s license and enjoy being on the road!
