Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production support for existing Anaplan models, ensuring stability and business continuity.
- Own incident management including triage, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of defects.
- Drive model performance optimization and continuous improvements aligned with business needs.
- Manage enhancements, change requests, and release using Anaplan ALM best practices.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Oversee data integrations, scheduled loads, and system dependencies impacting production models.
- Establish governance standards, documentation, and support runbooks for ongoing maintenance.
- Mentor and guide model builders and support analysts while acting as the primary escalation point.
