Role Summary
The Global Head of Demand Generation will own and scale MetricStream’s global enterprise demand engine, with direct accountability for driving predictable, high-quality pipeline and meaningful revenue contribution across large, complex enterprise accounts.
This leader will also own and manage the global SDR organization responsible for inbound, outbound, and customer demand generation motions, ensuring strong alignment between marketing programs and sales execution.
Based in Bangalore, this is a global leadership role with direct engagement across North America, EMEA, and APAC, and close partnership with executive leadership, sales, marketing, and operations. The role is responsible for shaping MetricStream’s enterprise GTM demand strategy, building regional demand plans in partnership with Sales, and driving execution to achieve SAL and SQL targets globally.
This leader will balance strategic ownership and hands‑on execution, operating as a true partner to Sales and serving as the executive owner of pipeline performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the global enterprise demand generation strategy aligned to revenue and growth objectives
- Develop regional demand plans with Sales leadership to ensure strong pipeline coverage and quota alignment
- Drive global execution to achieve targets across Leads, MQLs, SALs, SQLs, and qualified pipeline
- Lead programs that accelerate pipeline velocity, improve conversion rates, and increase win rates across complex enterprise sales cycles
- Drive pipeline creation across new logo acquisition and expansion (cross‑sell and upsell) motions
- Manage and optimize global demand investment with clear ROI accountability
- Scale Bangalore as the global demand center of excellence
Website, Digital & Search Strategy
- Own the global website as a core demand engine, continuously optimising user experience, buyer journeys, and conversion paths
- Lead global SEO and emerging AI‑driven discovery (AEO) strategies
- Partner with Content and Product Marketing to develop thought leadership aligned to regulatory priorities and executive-level pain points
Account-Based & Integrated Enterprise Marketing
- Lead global ABM strategy across strategic and named enterprise accounts
- Design and execute integrated campaigns across digital, field events, executive programs, analyst engagement, and partner marketing
- Align programs to industry verticals, ICPs, personas, and enterprise buying committees
Analytics, Attribution & Executive Reporting
- Establish enterprise‑grade dashboards across pipeline, conversion metrics, revenue contribution, and CAC
- Partner with Sales Operations to refine attribution models suited for long, multi‑touch sales cycles
- Provide performance insights and forecasts to Executive Leadership and board‑level reviews
- Maintain strong CRM and marketing automation governance across global teams
Required
- Strong experience across the US and EU markets
- Proven expertise in enterprise marketing and demand generation
- 12–15+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with deep enterprise SaaS exposure
- Demonstrated success driving pipeline and revenue in long, complex sales cycles
- Experience leading global SDR organizations with accountability for SAL and SQL performance
- Strong global leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams
- Expertise in ABM, enterprise GTM strategy, digital demand, and revenue marketing
- Experience with Salesforce and modern marketing and sales engagement platforms
- Proven ability to build, scale, and coach high‑performing global teams
Preferred
- Experience in GRC, risk, compliance, cybersecurity, or regulated industries
- Strong executive presence with comfort presenting at senior leadership and board levels
