- Lead a company wide SAP S4 HANA transformation
- Champion business cases for transformation initiatives to stakeholders.
- Oversee program planning, deployment, and budget management, including P&L responsibilities.
- Manage risk, operations transformation, and systems integration.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers to deliver complex programs.
- Develop and negotiate statements of work, create milestones, and handle financial reporting.
- Collaborate with offshore development teams to execute and rationalize development work.
- Evaluate, plan, and drive organizational change using effective tools and processes.
- Ensure clear communication and leadership across teams and with C-level executives.
- Manage Agile and Scrum methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications of the SAP S/4 Program Director
- 10+ years of experience in transformation programs, including SAP S4 HANA Transformations
- Proven track record of leadership in consulting services or similar fields.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Projects, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience managing offshore development teams.
- Familiarity with Agile Applications Development and deployment.
- Ability to mentor teams and foster strong community direction.
- Strong C-level executive presence and time management skills.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $140,000 base per year
Pay Range Maximum: $256,000 base per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
