A startup building an AI-powered incident prediction and automated response platform, fusing real-time sensor plus device data to proactively detect emerging risk and trigger mitigation workflows, moving security and safety from reactive to predictive across enterprise, industrial, healthcare, and public venues.
What you’ll own
- End-to-end technical roadmap from MVP → scalable multi-vertical platform
- Cloud-native microservices architecture (Kubernetes), CI/CD, IaC, observability
- Real-time AI/ML pipeline for multimodal sensor fusion + low-latency inference
- IoT integration (e.g., BLE/UWB beacons, environmental/biometric sensors) and secure device enrollment
- Compliance-by-design foundations (e.g., GDPR / HIPAA / ISO) and early IP/patent capture
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years building enterprise SaaS and AI/ML systems in production
- Strong in Python (TensorFlow/PyTorch), streaming/real-time analytics, and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience integrating IoT/hardware signals into cloud platforms
- Founder mindset: ownership, speed, high standards, and ability to lead from zero-to-one
