MSH is working with a rapidly growing, private equity–backed travel technology company headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This organization combines the agility of a growth-stage business with the strategic backing and resources of a leading PE firm.

They are hiring a Director of Business Development to drive revenue growth by hunting net new business, reactivating dormant accounts, and expanding strategic partnerships.

This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the CEO and is ideal for a high-performing Account Executive or senior seller with a SaaS mindset who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.

Experience within the cruise, travel, or broader travel distribution ecosystem is highly preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Hunt and close net new business across enterprise travel partners
  • Reactivate dormant accounts and identify expansion opportunities
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close
  • Partner directly with the CEO and executive team to shape go-to-market strategy
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through industry events, conferences, and outbound outreach
  • Lead contract negotiations, commercial structuring, and partnership agreements
  • Develop deep product expertise to effectively position a SaaS-enabled platform solution
  • Represent the company at industry events and key client meetings (some travel required)

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships
  • Proven track record of closing net new business
  • SaaS sales background required (enterprise/platform sales preferred)
  • Experience in the cruise industry or broader travel ecosystem strongly preferred
  • Executive presence and comfort engaging with C-suite stakeholders
  • Hunter mentality with the ability to build pipeline from scratch
  • Thrives in a lean, high-growth, performance-driven environment
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Fort Lauderdale area
