Founding CEO — AI RegTech for Compliance

A venture studio is seeking a Founding CEO to lead the launch of an AI Compliance venture targeting SEC- and FINRA-regulated firms. In this role, you will define the product vision, build your founding team, and drive the overall transformation in the regulatory technology market. You'll also engage deeply with the team to launch the MVP and achieve market traction. This is a full-time position with a significant equity stake in the new business.
