A leading industrial manufacturer is seeking an experienced Managing Director to oversee P&L and drive operations in Switzerland. This role requires a strong track record in operations, at least 10 years of experience managing international teams, and proficiency in both English and German. The ideal candidate will lead a strategic transformation and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
