Job Description

Giants Baseball & Softball Camps seeks a Youth Program Director in Napa to manage daily camp operations and staff leadership at our Justin‑Siena High School location, and others.

The Youth Program Director serves as the top authority at camp, ensuring structured programming, safe play, and professional execution.

Core Duties:

• Direct all on‑field activities and staff assignments
• Ensure compliance with safety and supervision standards
• Provide real‑time coaching feedback to instructors
• Maintain equipment organization and site logistics
• Deliver a high‑quality, organized camp experience

Preferred Experience:

• Coaching or playing experience in baseball/softball
• Experience supervising multiple staff members
• Strong administrative and communication skills

Commitment: 10 weeks | Monday–Friday

Pay: $1,400–$1,650 per week
