What you’ll be doing
- Lead product strategy, discovery, and delivery for HealthEquity's mobile app and web experiences, including the Single Mobile App transformation.
- Set direction and priorities for Product Managers and Product Owners, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and member outcomes.
- Define and own product roadmaps, translating member and business needs into clear, prioritized requirements.
- Partner closely with design and engineering to drive Agile delivery and iterative releases with measurable impact.
- Use data, research, and member insights to optimize save, spend, and invest experiences.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Product Managers and Product Owners while strengthening a product‑led culture across the Digital Experience team.
What you will need to be successful
- Proven experience leading product strategy and delivery for consumer‑facing mobile and web platforms at scale.
- Strong product leadership skills, with experience guiding Product Managers and Product Owners in Agile environments.
- Deep understanding of product discovery, experimentation, analytics, and data‑informed decision‑making.
- Understanding of how AI can be applied across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) to enhance discovery, prioritization, delivery, and continuous optimization.
- Ability to partner effectively with design, engineering, and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive outcomes.
- Experience delivering complex, multi‑phase initiatives with executive visibility and fixed delivery milestones.
- Strong communication and influence skills, with comfort operating in ambiguity and regulated environments.
- A member‑first mindset, systems thinking, and a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
Remote position.
Salary Range
$151,500.00 to $181,000.00 per year.

Onboarding & Travel
This remote role includes an in‑person onboarding training component. New team members must participate in Trailhead, HealthEquity's immersive onboarding experience, which fosters meaningful connections, supports integration, and equips you with a strong understanding of our business. Trailhead participation is a key expectation of this role, which is held onsite at our headquarters once per quarter. HealthEquity covers all required travel and accommodations.
Role may begin with a virtual, self‑paced onboarding experience, followed by a mandatory onsite Trailhead session at a later date.
