The Team

This role involves working with Client IT/Business teams and System Integrator Dev teams (as needed) to develop and customize SOM components based on new requirements or SIT findings, which are out of scope for the System Integrator.

The Role

• Over 7+ years of experience with at least 1+ implementation and support experience in Salesforce Order Management System and related O2C business processes around Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Expertise in developing and customizing Salesforce components within Salesforce Order Management.
• Experience in developing custom reports in Salesforce Order Management.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and requirements gathering skills.
• Good working knowledge of B2C Order Management processes.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, preferably Copado.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an onsite/offshore model.
