Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and visionary Director of Software Engineering to lead our Mobile/React Native teams. This role involves driving innovation, managing engineering teams, and collaborating across departments to develop scalable mobile solutions that impact millions of users globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor small teams of engineers, overseeing software development, design, and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure high-quality code and best practices are maintained across projects.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
• Drive technical innovation by staying up-to-date with industry trends and integrating new technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in mobile and desktop user experience development.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience managing engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in Mobile App Development, including React Native, iOS, and Android.
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud technologies, especially Azure.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with DevOps, Chaos Engineering, SRE, and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Additional Information
