Marketing & Community Relations Director / Executive Director
The Village of Manteno, in partnership with the Manteno Chamber of Commerce, is seeking a full-time Marketing & Community Relations Director / Executive Director. This role oversees marketing, public relations, community engagement, and special event planning to strengthen the Village's presence and support local initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in special event planning and community outreach
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern office equipment
- Valid Illinois driver's license
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Village and Chamber events
- Manage marketing campaigns, public relations, and communications
- Supervise volunteers and maintain event databases
- Assist with budget planning and annual marketing plan
- Promote community engagement and strengthen local partnerships
