your responsibilities include

• Driving Growth & Building Relationships: You’ll be key in understanding the market and building strong connections with clients to grow our business and increase our market share.
• Leading for Success: You’ll empower your team by setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Ensuring Top-Notch Delivery: You’ll work to make sure our talent and client satisfaction scores are excellent, focusing on quality experiences for everyone.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: You’ll be analyzing data, setting sales targets, and working with the delivery team to create and implement effective talent strategies.
• Championing Improvement & Innovation: You’ll encourage the adoption of new tools and ways of working to boost efficiency and help your team achieve even greater results.

your background

• You have at least 5 years of staffing industry leadership.
• You have achieved sustainable business growth, gained market share, and has maximized productivity with a business span of at least $1M.
• History of outperformance leading a sales team through change.
• Proven performance leading through both accountability and people enablement.
