My client is a well known technology-driven healthcare organization enabling physicians to deliver high-value care through scalable operations and cloud-based solutions.
They are seeking a Business Development Director - Phoenix to drive business and revenue growth through new logo hunting across the Phoenix region. This is a very work hard / play hard type of organization where you would be pitching and closing complex software sales to physician owned practices.
- Work closely with the Lead Generation team to Identify and target independent primary care physicians and specialists
- Lead in-person sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals
- Utilize internal resources and subject matter experts to move the needle and close deals
- Selling to clients in a consultative manner (Thoughtful follow ups / in person meetings / Lunch and learns / selling outside clinical hours)
- Be engaging and non-transactional, this is not a features benefits type of sales environment.
Qualifications
- 4+ years’ complex sales experience, selling SaaS OR AI Imaging to Physicians or Doctors required
- Proven track record exceeding sales targets ($1M+ annually)
- Engaging and consultative sales approach with a
- Reliable transportation; 80% travel onsite in Phoenix AZ
Compensation
- Total package: $180K–$200K (OTE) - Most people in this role are doing $300K+ as this is uncapped commission
- Equity / RSU's - ($50K vested over a 3 year period)
