Growth & Operations Director — In-Home Care (Autonomous)

A growing in-home care company is seeking a Director for its Worcester, MA branch. The ideal candidate will independently manage operations, drive business development, and cultivate relationships with referral partners. Leadership experience and a proven track record in sales are essential. You will receive a base salary of $80,000 with a 20% quarterly profit share, along with comprehensive health benefits, a company car, and unlimited PTO. This is a full-time position with Monday to Friday scheduling.
