What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading business development across biotech, pharma, and academic clients
  • Managing the full sales pipeline from lead to close
  • Overseeing strategic initiatives across marketing, pricing, and customer retention
  • Collaborating with R&D, quality, and manufacturing to deliver aligned proposals
  • Representing the company at global conferences and industry events

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in the life sciences or business.
  • Deep knowledge of cell/gene therapy workflows
  • 10–15 years in business development or commercial leadership in biotech/life sciences
  • Track record of closing complex, high-value deals and managing commercial teams
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution style and excellent cross-functional skills
