Entry Level Collections Representative

This role provides a unique opportunity to advance your career in Accounting and Finance while contributing to the Accounts Receivable team. Responsibilities: Assist in cleaning up the backlog of Accounts Receivable invoices. Follow up with escalated accounts to ensure payment of past due balances. Process and print copies of invoices for 50-100 customers. Perform ad hoc Excel tasks, including creating charts, graphs, data manipulation, and subtotaling customer financial information. Essential Skills: Degree in Accounting with an interest in a career path in Accounting and Finance. Proficiency in Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables. 6 months to 1 year of experience in a corporate setting. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Customer-oriented approach. Experience with ERP systems, with SAP being a major plus. Experience in a corporate environment. Work Environment: Enjoy a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office from 9 AM to 6 PM, supporting California customers. The team consists of 11 people, with 7 members dedicated to the AR/Collections role.
