We are hiring for a Carrier Sales Broker for our team in Emporia, KS! We are seeking a motivated individual who is eager to build a career in transportation and logistics. Being Maersk, we have freight that needs to move to the final mile destination, so with that, we are looking for candidates to come through a robust training program that will give you the skill set, tools, and knowledge on how to be a freight broker in the Supply Chain Management. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain carrier relations, and act as liaison for the TL sales manager Research and resolve issues regarding freight and billing issues related to shipments Daily communication with customers and vendors Track & trace shipments daily Schedule pick-up & delivery appointments Manage 3 to 5 million dollars in revenue per year No industry experience required Requirements:

Proven communication skills are a must (written and verbal) Knowledge of truckload transportation terms Verifiable customer service experience, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers and vendors Computer experience: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), ability to learn proprietary software & navigate multiple programs Must be able to multitask and function in a fast-paced environment Highly motivated Detail oriented Driven to succeed Company Benefits:
