Shipping Receiving Specialist
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Shipping Receiving Specialist to join their team. As a Shipping Receiving Specialist, you will be part of the logistics department supporting the warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Shipping Receiving Specialist Location: Milpitas, CA Pay Range: $26.00/hr Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM What's the Job? Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Prepare outgoing shipments ensuring proper documentation and packaging. Maintain accurate inventory records and update tracking systems. Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries. Ensure compliance with safety and company policies during all logistics activities. What's Needed? Minimum of two years of recent experience in warehouse, shipping, and receiving roles. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate warehouse equipment and tools safely.
