AP Specialist
Location: Remote - Local to Exton, PA Job Type: Full Time / 3M Contract Work Authorization: No C2C or Sponsorship The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a 3 month contract role for an AP Specialist. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience using Sage Intacct. Responsibilities
Prepare and process invoices using Sage Intacct Properly code within the general ledger Process ACH transactions Review documents for accuracy Qualifications
Required Education: High School Diploma Required Experience: 2+ years of recent Accounts Payable experience using Intacct Experience in QuickBooks Online preferred Strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to fully process Accounts Payable including recording transactions, using codes, and processing invoices
