We offer great health/medical, dental, vision, 401k plans to our employees Job Details We are looking for an INTERIM Commercial Property Manager to assist at one of our beautiful properties for about 3-4 months (can extend potentially) This individual will help oversee the day-to-day operations of a single-site office building. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient property operations, strong tenant relations, and financial performance, with support from an Assistant Property Manager. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the office property, including maintenance, vendors, and service contracts Oversee tenant relations, respond to requests, and coordinate move-ins/move-outs Manage budgets, rent collections, and financial reporting using Yardi Coordinate and supervise vendors, inspections, and preventative maintenance Work closely with the Assistant Property Manager to ensure smooth site operations Ensure compliance with leases, policies, and applicable regulations NEEDS: 4+ years experience within commercial properties/assets Degree preferred but not required Ability to work on-site at our beautiful office campus (single-site) Good with Yardi or MRI (along with MS office) Good communication and understanding of general accounting/finance Interested in hearing more?
