Required Skills & Qualifications: Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design Experience with Mac-based Dreamweaver and Sketch Understanding of email rendering across mobile, web-based, and desktop clients Solid UI, UX, and interaction design skills specific to email 3-5 years of experience in an email-specific role Experience with Movable Ink and Litmus Builder Effective communication skills for creative ideas and development
Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Ability to self-manage deadlines on numerous concurrent projects Ability to assess and recommend channel strategy to meet client needs
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: HTML coding and development for emails using best practices Produce clean, technically accurate files Collaborate with internal creative teams or external agencies to create email templates Act as a proactive leader to influence decisions Manage numerous projects in a fast-paced environment Communicate effectively with remote teams both in-person and over phone/video
