What we need from you
Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees.
Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and other voluntary benefit programs.
Manage new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, terminations, and COBRA administration.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in HRIS and benefits systems.
Occasional Payroll Support
HR Generalist responsibilities such as training.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or equivalent background and experience
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in HR to include: legal compliance, wage and hour law, Benefits Administration, leaves of absence, unemployment, policy development, HR audits
Experience in healthcare or hospitality a plus
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong computer skills, to include HRIS software and Google platforms with a willingness to embrace new technologies and methods
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
